To my amazement, I received a letter from Sold out house today. Before I opened the letter, my hope was, it was related to our in limbo Delphi pension plan, because to date No ONE from our glorious union can give an answer. When I opened the letter, it concerned Dental Coverage. You remember Dental coverage, the coverage that Sold out house gave up, along with vision coverage for the retirees. Yes the retirees who gave their loyal service to the union and the corporation. Well, our so called great union has been able to obtain Dental coverage for us retirees. At the low cost of $109.50 per month , your family can now pay that amount, to have the same coverage your UNION gave up. Kagels and the rest of our union representives should be ashamed. Great job guys, I'm glad your looking out for us. I can't wait for the next exciting news concerning our pension. I hope you are viewing this website, YOU NO GOOD F**KS.

I received a letter yesterday from the PBGC about my estimated benefits.

It stated that their records show I'm receiving a Pension from Delphi and that they are determining if my check exceeds any legal limits set by Congress.

And that the process may take several months, however, if it is necessary for PBGC to reduce my benefit due to limitations I'd BE GIVEN 30 DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE with in 30 days before any changes would take affect.

So it was a waste of time to request an estimate.

Get ready people because this is so Fu**ed up at the moment I can only see bad things happening Starting January 1, 2010.

If it takes months to do a estimate how long do you think it will take them to figure out the Actual amount ?  Huh

I can just see it now we are going to have to pay back some of the monies we are receiving now. Angry Angry Angry
