Tax penalty reimbursement?

Some of us who took a buyout/retirement in 2008 had to pay a 10% tax penalty.We are supposedly going to be reimbursed according to a letter they sent out. We sent a copy of our taxes to GM about three weeks ago. I have heard they were going to send checks out in batches.Has anybody heard when they are going to start sending them out? Hopefully before June 1st or they may not come at all.

They have already gone out, I received mine about two weeks ago. I sent in my paperwork around the first of April.
