level the playing field for all workers
Target:
to all Americans
Sponsored by:
David Breland

I am demanding that our leaders enact a law that demands that all imports coming into this country must be made with American labor system's standards of wages, OSHA standards, and environment standards, at the very minimum. Further as we cannot police the world, for example, OSHA funding getting cut thus hampering safety. I am demanding that there be a provision within the law that states that anyone turning a company in for violating this law and it is prove in a court of law shall receive 750,000 dollar reward. The monies for this reward should be from a fine that was levied against the leaders, managers, and major share-holders of the company as they did harm to others and did not keep trust safe for all. This would in fact develop a watch dog system  that was not as fearful of the company.

In today's' world very few decisions are moral. We allow people to position for best advantage without regard for keeping trust safe for others. Currently, business leaders use divide and conquer tactics against workers when they undermined one country's labor system by bringing in cheap goods made with cheaper labor from another country's labor system.

Secondly, the business leaders that do this also generally get to undermined the laws that the American people has enacted in order to protect the environment, and the safety of others as people that are more hungry are less willing to worry about the environment or some OSHA standard.

Third, these business leaders also undermined human dignity by espousing that we must be competitive with a third world labor system; thereby, American workers are now working against other workers making the same product while, at  times, both work for the same management team, on the same equipment line, with the same money funding system, while selling the product in the same markets. However one production system gets to produce the product with cheaper labor while at the same time not having any environment, labor, or safety regulation to meet. An impossible standard to complete with don't you think.

This has cause the American worker  to work more and more hours, with less and less resources, for less and less money and benefits.  Currently the American worker works more hours then workers in any other major industrialized country including North Korea, thereby, developing family value issues, human dignity issues, and a generally distain for humanity within the American perception.

Please sign my petition, sent it to your friends and to your  leaders in Congress, so that we may level the playing field for all as true freedom is about economic choice..
