       Business section Buffalo News “UAW backs salaried retirees” How times have changed, our sweet golden years slowly turning to pewter years!  Then as an added insult the knocking-shop providing support to the very people who made our lives a living hell and would not hesitate to undermine the very existence of our union at every turn of the screw.  I also might add not to be a spoiled sport but when did our salaried brothers and sisters become union due paying members?  My experience with salaried personnel were never warm fuzzy understanding moments whereas Gettelfinger must have loving tender memoirs of working with salaried personnel when he worked on the shop floor for a whole six-months before moving to the Big House! It is just so aggravating and embarrassing (but not surprising) that the knocking shop leaders are so out of touch with reality.

You are so right. What I mean by Arm ourselves is We should have and still need to Unite as a whole UAW,IUE and Salaried alike and march on D.C. Show Obama and the rest of them that We are Human beings and we deserve to be treated fairly. These Court Rulings only open the door for GM and Delphi to use as leverage come the next contract 2011 and puts our future in the hands of the rank and file. And that being the case You know how that vote is going to go against us.

Damn where do they expect 70,000 ex auto workers to get employment when we are all old and beat up. Where I live I believe the unemployment level is second in the nation and getting worse by the day.

Yes as you can see I'm pissed off at the way the Gov't and the Corpo's treat the people that put them in Office and made them Rich treat Us like dog shit. Why the rest of the country does not see it is beyond me. They have the mentality that this cannot happen to them.
