I just wanted to give a "heads up" to members trying to call the GM Benefits Service Center for dental and vision coverage.  I spent over 90 minutes with my phone set on speakerphone before a LIVE person finally answered.  If you have plans on calling on a cell phone (like I did) make sure your phone is fully charged.
After the representative finally gets your information, it is a smooth and easy sign up.  Just be patient, I hung up several times before I finally waited them out.  It's well worth your time.
